General 

Opening hours 

The courts are available to be use by the public daily between 09:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Saturday and 10:00 – 16:00 Sundays. 

However, please check the club’s online booking system for availability on specific days which may change due to full VENUE bookings or tournaments 

Behaviour 

Users of the Pickleball Facility, must not do or permit any act, matter or thing which would, or might, constitute an illegal act affecting the Pickleball Facility which would, or might, vitiate in whole or in part any insurance effected in respect of the premises. 

No glass is allowed on the playing areas. 

No intoxicating liquors are permitted to be consumed on any part of playing area. Smoking is not permitted on the playing areas. 

Spitting is not allowed on the playing areas. 

Users are responsible for ensuring that the behaviour and noise level does not disturb other users of the courts. Users must also dispose of any rubbish or waste materials in the bins provided. 

Aggressive or abusive behaviour to any other users of the facility including staff, will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from future bookings. 

Court Condition 

Pickleball Doncaster is committed to making every reasonable effort to ensure the three courts are available for community use. However, individual users have the responsibility to ascertain whether it is safe to use the courts. 

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all those involved in playing Pickleball are made aware of the fact that they do so in all respects at their own risk. 

Before commencing play, please ensure that you are wearing appropriate, clean footwear (we recommend using tennis / badminton footwear or any trainer with rubber sole) and that the court is clear of any debris. This helps in keeping the courts in optimal condition, making the playing experience as good as possible. 

First Aid 

It is the individual’s own responsibility to make their own first aid arrangements, such as the provision of a first aid kit, there is no legal requirement for the Club to provide first aid facilities. 

Personal Injury:

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are responsible for your own safety and well being and therefore play at your own risk at all times.

Equipment 

Pickleball Doncaster will provide all customers with equipment including bats and balls. 

Loss of Property 

Pickleball Doncaster cannot accept responsibility for damage to, or the loss or theft of, hirer’s property and effects. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make his/her own insurance arrangements if required. 

Car Parking 

Cars shall not be parked so as to cause an obstruction at the entrance to, or exits from, the Facility. In particular the Hirer must ensure that access to the Facility and adjacent building / business by emergency vehicles is not obstructed or delayed. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Booking 

Anyone using the facilities at Doncaster Pickleball, whether they have made the booking or not, must adhere to the general terms and conditions set out in this document. 

Online Booking System 

Bookings must be made through the Facilities online booking system at www.pickleballdoncaster.co.uk. This applies whether there is a charged associated with the booking or not. Alternatively call in and we will see what’s available so you can pay and start playing, or book for a future date. 

Charges & Booking Restrictions 

Court Charges for 1 hr period booked are £20.00 

Venue booking for 1 hr period booked are £60.00 

Whilst it is the intention of Doncaster Pickleball to make the facilities open to as many people as possible, the management reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking should it feel there is good reason to do so. An explanation will be given should this circumstance arise. 

Block booking of courts will require separate transaction pressing on the desired date and time for every slot you want to book. This can be added to the basket and paid for in total as a one off payment. You will receive notifications via text or email with all your paid for bookings. 

The person who books and pays for the court session, whom confirms participants (2 or 4) and ticks the the terms and conditions, has the responsibility to ensure all who are part of said booking are aware of the terms and Conditions before play or attendance. 

Payments & Refunds 

Payment for any charge to book a court or use must be made online at the point of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed without full payment. 

For walk ins, payment will be taken in full for a court booking 

Cancellations of court bookings will only receive a refund, if they are made more than 24 hours before the time the court booking is due to commence. 

Under 14 

Please note: children under the age of 14 cannot use the facilities at the Club unsupervised.
